If you read the press release carefully, you would know that Canagen will be the distributor for India (not Canada). Canada will have a different distributor to be determined.

Approved in Mexico - TRUE

Roth in 100% compliance with OTC Markets - TRUE
Roth in 100% good standing with the FDA - TRUE

No sales in Canada because they haven't started to sell Sucanon in Canada yet is true.
While the multinational company Canagen is indeed located in Canada, the implication of your statement is inaccurate, as are previous accusations that Canagen is fake or located in a diner and unreachable by email.
Canagen is the Sucanon distributor for India. As such they deal with the government approval process in India, which is expected to proceed when study results are available from the recently concluded 12 week trial at hospital Centro Medico in Mexico City.
