I just explained it - in the terms and conditions it is clear that LTNC is the beneficiary of the TCA loan.

Since Kimmy was the COO of LTNC and the CEO of TSGL - was she coerced by her boss to get the loan - since Schadel is the Majority shareholder in TSGL - did he apply pressure to get the loan when it wasn't in the best interest of the TSGL shareholders.

One thing is certain - TCA will do whatever they need to do to collect the debt.
