Wouldn't you think that if a company is planning on making significant changes to a study would apply for permission BEFORE making those changes?

They could have just kept enrolling patients until the FDA approved those changes since the plan was to replace the first 100 or so patients anyway.

Now another month will go by...and then the company will implement the plan (or not). This takes the impact of a positive arb decision away....

...and....we are speculating about the reason for the halt.

Prepare for low 30's and hopefully that will be the bottom.
