We DO NOT have the right info
on this situation which is disappointing. I'm assuming now that that CSHD will open at 1.13 or so. If so, we need to know:
1.) Is the re-setting of the pps dependent upon release of the 10K? 2.) If so, what is the deadline for the 10K? and 3.) Does the 10K have to be reviewed by the SEC - is it being held up for this reason? All due diligence responses would be appreciated by all I believe -
