My opinion is not alone... There were plenty of posters who thought Leo fumbled the up-listing. The hope 18 months ago was a partner for B... For some reason, "probably financial" we don't here much about B. Sort of thrown to the side for P because they can't count on OTC funding. From the departure of the old Polymedix hires, to NOW the arrival of Dr B and the Dermatologist squad... So for those who suggest the company is fully funded, that's questionable at best to support one phase 3, let alone 2...
