Based on the Info. I got from both the SEC and FINRA: selling any shares below the bid or buying above the ask is Illegal Manipulation which is subject to the serious jail-time punishment no matter how many shares were traded and who did that! This kind of illegal manipulation sales are definitely "crime" activities in USA stock market!
True no real difference if one owns mere 10K shares, but big difference for those shareholders who own 1M ~ 10M or more shares of FEECQ! Because at $0.0001 each 10M shares worth $1,000 but only worth $1,00 at $0.00001 or just worth $10 at $0.000001!
Currently there is no any Slapping action at the 0.0002 ask at all! So if someones want to take the year-end-tax-write-off benefit then they should sell their shares at the current big bid 0.0001 ASAP...
Anyway If I just own 1K ~ 100K shares now then I would dump all my fractional shares at the bid and move onto another stock! Why wait?
