Diarch, I agree. My point is there was a good bit of hype a while back but that hype has dissipated and may have swung too far the other way.

Well I bought into the huge settlement to recoup lost sales, that was a bust. If they close the deal with the shell they may become reporting again but I think Berman is going to have some big issues shortly
