I would agree. If you're judging these patents based on statements like that, trade shows, virtual offices, etc.
Sounds like you did the correct thing in selling.
Those that would rather base the value on the actual patents and things like the IPR response. Now, that's a different story.
After reading an amazingly put together IPR response, I personally am ok with them using the word goodies to reference the patents? That's just me though.
Still waiting on that negative on the IPR response. Amazing that nobody has spoken up yet. Maybe we do have the Goodies!!!!!
