I checked into it a bit on SFOR, I would say 100% thay are all legit lawsuits as numerous posters have posted links to the court cases along with links to the one settlement with Microsoft. Numerous others are still pending. I've been in SFOR a few times over the years and from my recollection they are on the up and up as far as a company unlike so many others here on the OTC penny exchange.

As for patents being bought out, that is hard to say. They certainly are legit and do have them so yes, any Co could make a bid for those/the company.

As for Nasdaq, any Co can file for uplisting but to do so the ticker needs to trade at $1.00 or more for a period of consecutive days. Those companies in the past that I have seen uplist usually do a stock split to boost their pps up to be in compliance.

All in all, seems like pretty legit things going on with SFOR. You in?
