As of July 14, 2016 the number shares of common stock issued and outstanding stood at 341,107,607 shares. This amount is net of the number of shares owned by PharmCo, LLC of 1,718,000.
The company PR'd that they issued shares to Midam & Mass Ventures, as well as the Chicago Ventures deal. So let me get this straight, all this "much a-do" that you've been making out here over the company diluting has been over that reasonably small amount of shares that the company already informed us about. Much a-do about NOTHING.
