Funny you say that, es1. I was saying to my wife that if KBLB shoots back to .10, I may flip a few shares. However, knowing my luck, VN news will come out after I sell a few, and it shoots up to .25 and never comes back.

I understand what you are saying about a RS. Here's the thing, if we get bought out at $5.00 before a RS, the PPS would have to go to $50.00 for me to make the same money as reaching just $5.00.

Honestly, I do not think Kim will do a RS. I think he is building the company and its worth so that when a BO offer comes in, he will take it, as long as he feels that price is justified. These are just my thoughts and feelings.

I think Kim is tired and would take a reasonable BO price. I would be elated with five dollars! That, I believe, is not enough, but I would be happy with it.

I did flip my MJ plays...huge returns.

Had a pharma from Denver that was a GREAT example for Kraig...ran up on approval and subsequent BO...couldn't remember the name...started with an A

Never owned an RS that was good for shareholders...thompson should never have done his FS, if he plans on now doing an RS...long-term STRATEGIC planning...

Again, I agree. Reverse splits are neutral if you have a good company fundamentally. TPIV(currently TPIVD for 20 days or so)Going to the NASDAQ soon. .49 it did split and it has gone up ever since. Today is first day in red.

However companies do go parabolic on speculation....HDYN has done it many times. Was recently booted from NYSE back to OTC. May still have Blackrock support. I don't rec oil companies right now though. They have gone up large percentages on no news. There are examples if you are strictly talking about going up on no news.
