Usually you notify a judge prior to a hearing that there is a reason you cannot attend, not after you miss the hearing and a warrant is issued.

Ed better hurry if you really think all of this is about to be settled....TCA filed a motion to put the company into a receivership.

Attorneys get bail reduced & quashed warrants in California. MECINCORP Ed appears to have an EmailMoni App over the recent weekend. There is an Apple note. Maybe a bail reduction was a part of it--unless it was not(?)! Anyone guesses there is offshore money, accumulating every second.
