One thing nobody has mentioned in some time - we seem to have forgotten that Africa is a corrupt mess largely controlled by corporations.
I mean, look at Angola - as some dude mentioned earlier last week. Angola is a huge oil producer (smaller than Nigeria though, to correct that person) and a huge diamond producer.
Diamonds are controlled by a literal monopoly - oil is controlled by about 10 companies globally.
When you deal with African governments - you're dealing with corruption.
Maybe that corruption has bled over to UJ - maybe it's bleeding into back pockets. We'll find out soon enough.
