It is indicative of how naive and clueless people in this industry are regarding common sense, rules and regulations and ethics. We identified the lack of skill set within the industry quite some time ago and realized that this industry would be a great short across the board on all public companies in the space. Add on the lack of interest by sophisticated investors and the whole credibility of the public companies in the space is suspect.
