Someone fat fingered and missed the 3 but i want to know how when the bid is at .04 why the pps keeps trading at .0394

Momentum and speculation, something which will drive KBLB's PPS much higher, with the right news.

As an example, talk of a buyout at $5.00 would take the stock to that PPS in a matter of a few days, That would be speculation, and I have seen a lot of stocks move higher on speculation of a BO.
