I may be mistaken but Chris just passes along what/when Mark tells him. It is not the IR person's decision to make. If you're saying he doesn't answer your questions in a timely manner, then I would agree that is not acceptable. For me, he has been very responsive even if he says he can't say or doesn't know.
What exactly is Darrow not doing that you believe they should? If it is lack of information better to blame the source at Sigma then the messenger at Darrow. All my opinion.
