Maybe his peeps are selling, you know, those 3 guys he calls Board of Directors that he gave away all those shares to...what a hoot! Most people can't be selling because they didn't buy at these levels. Goober just continues to dilute, plain and simple. That's why there is and will continue to be no momentum upward.
Why not ask him why the financials are over a month late (FY ended June30th) and/or for a share structure update. He won't do it because it shows just how much he's diluting. Try it. He won't respond to my emails or calls anymore. More investors need to hold him accountable, especially with his shaky and unsuccessful history on starting a business. This time though, he does have a product. I'll only give him that.
