I agree that there is significant risk with a small company like this.

The risk reward is very attractive to me. You will make your own decision, I will make mine.

Buying a basket of companies is important if you believe that AR is going to take off.

VUZI is a pure play in AR and VR that I like. Working to make a company work is a risk.

You can bet that all of the major electronics companies are diving into this. There will be major shake outs in hardware and software surrounding the technologies.

You are right. Vuzix is small. Anything can happen, however, I like what they are doing.

I am not a trader here. I am a rather excited investor.

Yes, I am taking a risk!

yes but you are neglecting another important element to risk...there are also probabilities associated with each outcome. risk is not binary and absolute. that is the importance of money mgmt. in your investing.

so for example, many would look at VUZI now when it is breaking out to ATH, and conclude there is a disproportional risk associated with being short vs being long. using your TSLA example it would be like if you shorted TSLA at $30. but your correct they don't make $. unfortunately our account balance only takes the stock price into consideration not whether we won a debate in a chat room.

Are you still short? Do you have a particular catalyst in mind for a downslide or just playing the odds?
