I do agree. Anyone who is short on TWTR might want to cover. This thing is sizzling from what it looks like. It's silence before a kaboom. If there is no such talks behind the curtains, these tech companies would have already denied the false rumors to avoid market speculation to affect their share price. So far..none. So IMO, there are talks alright...
