We penny stock traders are being fleeced by an inside con job. SEC is underfunded for investigators and controlled at the top. Their must be a call by the multitude of traders for reform. It is tough enough to trade but wouldn't it be expected to have a fair trading field. Black Jack on the strip has better odds than this rigged game.
