#73117 RE: Penny_Island #73116

I just caught that item PI so I am going to try to reproduce it here. Thanks for the input. It just seems he is aware of our frustrations about not getting any info but is resigned to follow what I hope will be a successful disclosure whenever that might be. Please scroll. It is quite lengthy. Thanks again. Enjoy the rest of the weekend.

I had an enlightening exchange with Mr. Powell today. It started with him responding to my complaint about not getting the right shirt in my Zwag-Box and him making sure the situation gets fixed. I had CC'd him on the email I wrote the Zwag-Box info email after multiple attempts to fix the issue on FB.

After concluding that discussion, I decided to ask a few investor questions. I did not expect a response, yet I did get one.

I described I met him at SDCC, how many REDG shares I own, what I have lost, how long I have been investing in REDG, and how I feel about it's potential.

(paraphrasing here as my email was long) I asked if and when we would see financials, numbers for subscriptions, downloads, and if and when we would see a shareholder update?

Mr. Powell responded:

Appreciate the enthusiasm, but please understand we cannot discuss most of what you ask in private. I cannot speculate as to what affects the stock price.

I can say that what we have said in the past publicly. We believe that the stock is best supported by creating revenue stream, which we are doing. We are focusing on it and not on bubble methods like pumping or promoting. Truth wins out.

Not once have we seen "communication to investors" affect the stock price positively. In fact, quite often the reverse occurred in our experience. Meanwhile, creating products that sell... reporting revenue... these are what drive a company forward and it is where our attentions are.

This is 3PM on a Sunday and I sit here working. The work we do is to drive reality forward. In the end we hope that is what will be appreciated above all.

Red Giant Entertainment, Inc

I did take away a few things from his email:
1. He is working hard to make this succeed, even on weekends.
2. He is not going to say when financials are coming out, yet he did say they are working towards reporting revenue and creating products.
3. His view is investor updates cause more issues then they solve. Therefore, there is no shareholder update coming anytime soon.

I responded thanking him for his email. I asked again to respond if he had a projected date for financials (no response). I said the stock cannot go lower, so what does he have to lose if he updates shareholders. If he responds, I will let the group know.

I know this is not perfect, but it is infor?. mation and it shows the company is hard at work and they are trying to grow the company and make it right with customers.

However, as I have stated in the past and IMHO, investors are not a major concern of Mr. Powell's. He has said prior he would not take the company public again if he had the choice. I don't blame him as he cannot catch a break from many of them. I myself get frustrated and for me a little communication goes a long way. I just wish he would give us basic updates more often. I do think from his point of view, he has tried multiple times to communicate through different venues over time (video, written, press, website) and they have all backfired on him, so why do it???

I will say for now, I do not see the stock going anywhere until financials are released. Therefore, I will probably set a price alert for .0004 and be walking away from checking the price daily, or this page for awhile. It's not good for my soul to focus on a stock this much or this long (years).
