We ALL are waiting for that first domino of contracts to 'fall' and like you most/many of us have been waiting years, few if any need reminding that our investment has not produced any advantage. The exception being several who have managed to trade BORK shares and make a few dollars.
The squeaky wheel approach that several have chosen to follow, in an effort to 'incentivize', some how, for positive contracts/results has not produced any results other than irritating some here.
As with most other stock market investments, most of us are destined to sit on the sit lines and watch and decide 'rationally' whether sell, buy or hold. Venting negative or positive sentiments from this vantage does not often change the course of events, other than some movement in PPS at times
