Ed has made it clear he'll do ANYTHING to survive, including maybe ethically questionable and illegal things. ... but to what end? UBA is about to roll out EmailMoni, which has the potential to be HUGE and is only phase 1 (the first Real phase since myechecks 'restart').

If Ed had been 100% legit all along, there is no way we would have been able to buy Seergate (and Seergate would still be dead with UBA). This is bigger than Ed.
