CHARLOTTE, N.C., Sept. 23, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Revolutionary Concepts Inc., (OTCPINK:REVO), a publicly traded company that develops online mobile video software and remote security communication systems, announced that its global licensee Eyetalk365, LLC, filed complaints in the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina, Charlotte Division, against four separate companies, alleging patent infringement against Revolutionary's intellectual property. Eyetalk365, LLC is the global licensee for Revolutionary's patents and has filed the complaints. Notification of the filing of the complaints was filed with the SEC on a Form 8-K Report on September 22, 2014.

The complaints were filed separately against AlarmForce NC, Inc., and AlarmForce LP, CPI Security Systems, Inc., LiveWatch Security, LLC and Protect America, Inc., as Defendants. Due to the Defendant(s) alleged infringing activities, Eyetalk365 LLC is seeking an award of monetary damages for compensation of alleged infringement of the Patents as identified in the complaints, any continuing or future infringement, including interest, costs, expenses and an accounting of all infringing acts. They are also seeking injunctive relief ordering the Defendant(s) to pay ongoing and future royalties.

On February 12, 2014, Revolutionary announced it signed a global licensing agreement with a firm to commercialize Revolutionary's patented wireless security alarm services system. Per the agreement, the global licensee, Eyetalk365 LLC, would bear all costs and prosecute and defend the patents in any infringement actions. The Law Offices of Farney Daniels PC, of Georgetown, Texas was contracted to represent Eyetalk365 LLC, and Wishart Norris, Attorneys At Law, in Charlotte, North Carolina filed the complaints.

Revolutionary's Senior Vice President, Solomon Ali says, "We have a legal right and a fiduciary responsibility to fully protect our patents and intellectual property. Complaints filed against these four companies demonstrate the Company's and Licensee's intent to protect our ability to monetize the patents through licensing fees and royalties. We feel continued infringement by the listed parties could potentially cost us and our shareholders losses in the tens of millions of dollars in revenues and profits. It is EyeTalk 365's intent to recover the royalties and licensing fees that are due to our Companies and shareholders."
