Depends. Signal Bay has more labs but the majority of them are in Oregon-- doesn't mean nothing, but they've put a lot of capital into a state that certainly will not be the cash cow. DIGP is only focused in Nevada at the moment but they are sitting on a substantial amount of cash raised. Further, the float in DIGP is currently much lower which will be better in the coming months. I tend to think both companies are taking a different outlook. Signal is taking a grow-as-you-go approach while Digipath is sitting on the sidelines waiting to allocate its money pending ballot results. DIGP has the upperhand for the quick strike imo.

Thanks for the heads up at any rate. I don't have a position in either of them but I would still buy DIGP over SGBY with the information that I know-- at least for a post-November flip.

For the first 9 months of 2016 DIGP generated $507,430 in revenue and SGBY generated $391,978...

But this does not include the revenue from the new labs SGBY has purchased, including a lab in Cali which is a significantly larger market than Nevada right now.... Same with Oregon, where SGBY has 4 labs (not all included in the numbers yet). Both are larger markets...

But heres the kicker...

SGBY net loss was $830,968 for those same 9 months

DIGP lost $3,275,066... WOW

DIGP market cap is cheaper, but there is a ton of dilution coming here, which is why its not moving with increasing volume imo. SGBY is much more liquid.

They are both worth following because of the potential for testing, but they are not cheap, based on the numbers... and imo SGBY has more growth potential with 5 labs ready to handle the increasing demand, in larger markets.

In the future, i bet Nevada gets most of its weed from Cali, along with everyone else. It will be the epicenter of marijuana (worldwide) and its right next door... Nevada does present testing potential tho, at a cheaper startup cost, but most of their weed will be tested in Cali one day, imo
