LOL, "USRM DISMISSED IN ONE SUIT! "

READ the filing(s), in total- every document on that public access portal page.

TOTAL misunderstanding of court use of wording "dismissed" to "try" and implicate that USRM some how "won" those cases or walked away scot-free...it is just plain inaccurate.

USRM and U.S. Stem Clinic and now the physician ALL "SETTLED" THAT CASE. Meaning they PAID BUCKS to the plaintiff (or their insurance did for um- and USRM sure as H can't afford rising insurance premiums, seeing how they're already nearly CASH BROKE on any given day and "insolvent" according to the recent lawsuit against USRM, filed by a group who happens to be made up of former BOD members, and of their largest shareholder(s) and the guarantors of their largest and oldest debts, good ole Northstar Biotech, LLC)

When a case is SETTLED, which is about 98% of the time in this country (RARELY do any cases EVER go to a jury trial, even capital murder or other serious felony cases, let alone civil suits like the one you're referring to)- they are SETTLED PRE TRIAL by the opposing legal teams. The court for all intents and purposes mandates attorneys attempt to "settle" first, before they're ever gonna let um waste the court's time by a long and costly jury trial process. Most courts will even order "arbitration" if opposing council can't "settle" pre-trial, before they let a case go to a jury trial.

READ THE SETTLEMENT DOCUMENTS. It's states CLEARLY that all "liens and subjugated costs" (paraphrasing, but close to word for word) due the PLAINTIFF are to be PAID FROM THE PROCEEDS SHE RECEIVED FROM SAID SETTLEMENT.

What would her "liens" have been....UM...AH..lets see... a freaking MEDICAL CASE...eyes damaged to the point she was made BLIND from "stem cell injections".....so LOTS of large MEDICAL COSTS trying to save her eyesight post the USRM NON FDA "stem cell treatment" caused her (and what appears now to be at least 2 other woman to GO BLIND...see Dr Albini's comments at the recent FDA 2-day public hearing on draft guidance).

That means likely all her medical costs she was asking for are being paid in the "settlement", as are likely all future medical care needs she was asking for, potentially pain and suffering damages, potentially and allowance for lifetime assistance care..etc are TO BE PAID BY THE MONEY'S THE DEFENDANTS PAID IN "SETTLEMENT" TO HER (Again, likely paid by their insurance companies, which insurance companies DO NOT LIKE DOING. USRM, may at some point, lose their ability to even get adequate insurance coverage- just read their own SEC filings which has a section discussing their need for insurance protection and their ability to obtain it and afford it, etc).

ANYTIME a case is "settled", it then goes on the court docket as "dismissed" because their IS NO CASE ANYMORE...it's OVER the instant they ink a settlement document.

IMO, you're grossly misunderstanding the word "dismissed" as it appears in the screen-capture you posted.

If I get the time, I'll post screen captures showing where the DISMISSED CASE states they SETTLED WITH THE PLAINTIFF AND SHE WAS AWARDED MONETARY COMPENSATION AS PART OF SAID "settlement".
