We strive to give back to our community by supporting efforts that improve the quality of life in the communities in which our employees live, work, and care for their families.
We will support causes, programs, and strengthen organizations that will have the greatest positive impact on these communities and all of the people who live there.
Through our affiliation with United Way and the local Chambers of Commerce, PetroQuest participates and is a leader in many community events and charities.
Employee and corporate support includes programs such as Relay for Life, supporting the American Cancer Society; Heart Walk, supporting the American Heart Association; and Games of Acadiana, supporting the Miles Perret Cancer Center.
Our employees also donate their time and talents to a variety of local drives and projects that support local education and community development, such as painting and refurbishing day care centers, buying toys for children at Christmas, packing food for children who don’t get adequate nutrition on the weekends, and collecting clothes for families in shelters.
PetroQuest allows employees up to 24 hours per year of Paid Time for activities that support employees’ personal philanthropic activities, and also donates corporate funds to such causes.
