Nonsense - it means final inspection plans will be posted... soon... Think about it.... You have a major construction company doing the work, they will get in, move the wall, do the painting and drywall, fix the floors, and be gone... then the final inspection.... Remember, the third location has been approved for a month!

Commercial contractors move in rather quickly and refinish the inside once the Permits are approved and they have been.

Each of those Items do need to be inspected.

Insulation and Electrical Inspection can be done on the same day.

A week later drywall can be a approved.

Then the Aesthetics can be done and the finished product can be inspected.

This would include Preliminary Inspection and then the Final Inspection to correct any Errors.

The total amount of time for all this to be completed would be October the 31st, 2016.

Stores #3 and #4 should be Up and Running within that time Frame.
