I talk to the cultivators growing and selling 100's of pounds a month - To the privately held processors manufacturing millions of units per quarter
The ground truth in the footprint you frequent may well be that small percentage of cultivators/processors who are forward thinking. And its geat that you are an educated consumer seeking out safe products to consume.
But the big-industrial growers who DOMINATE the vast majority of the California cannaabis marketplace currently have ZERO interest in testing.
-im using "industrial" loosely... the major players are still remnant hippies/counterculture folks in Nor Cal but make no mistake they are operating industrial strength operations.
A local dispensary operating as part of a "medical marijuana" collective of some type that tests product to ensure the health and safety of their patients is no surprise.
The reality though is a lot of people pay lip service to whole "delivering medicine to patients" ideal in California and are in business to make truckloads of profit
