It makes no sense to merge... Competition is a good thing and keeps quality levels high.

Merging is not the focus or plan Waldrup has in place.
Nor is it what anyone would want at this point.

SGBY is doing just fine on their own...

That company is a mismanged mess of insider dilution - Cultivation is a non-starter business model. LOW margin race to the bottom commodity business.

Following the business and legislative machinations of the cannabis business closely for the last 25 years - the expectations of " re-schedule and/or somehow interstate commerce of cannabis products is right around the corner" is delusion and many many years from reality.

States establishing common sense recreational environments as evidenced by the Colorado, Washington, Oregon and Alaska successes will likely be the model that will continue.

This allows the feds to not have to deal with the Alabamas - Oklahomas - Mississippis and let the states interested reap the financial benefits.

Which means no interstate commerce. Which affects trsh business model greatly

imho
