IMHO consolidation will occur..... DIG# and SGBY might merge and be good for both as they both want to be in multiple states...... even though I think California alone had enough growth and customer base to make SGBY shareholders very wealthy.........

California customer base is greater than 50% of the entire USA MM customers.
