Unless they really intended for the 10q to be out by the 23rd and missed it. But otherwise, I agree. Maybe having cc before 10q they are trying to do damage control before 10q is released, as it sounds like revenue is light with little you no construction revenue.
They are setting themselves up for q2, though. Thing is, how much of that info can be trusted. Here's what I've noted they are saying is in the bag for q2.
100k from vitacig Canadian order.
85ish k they say is already booked and used as fluff for q1 (deferred revenue).
So 185k should be in the bag for mcig in q2 according to their PRs.
Still no rollies revenue to speak of. What a bust that was. I also think some of these cultivators are waiting to see if recreational will pass in NV before they spend money building. When they filed mme applications, there were no limits on the number of cultivation and production licenses that would be granted, so there may be too much competition if NV is stuck with mmj, and rec is not passed. I think that is the risk for the mcig construction contracts. No rec, no construction revenue.
We have not heard of mcig branching out into other states for construction...at least no signed contracts. All their eggs are in one basket.
