Dear 7777,

We have stated multiple times that the company is operating and that we are just waiting for the auditors to complete their work. Why on earth would a company invest its precious time (months) and money ($100k+) to bring its filings current if only to go out of business? It wouldn't. Very soon the audit will be done and the Company's filings will return to normal.
