I agree with you. It takes time for management team to improve technology and get contract. Who knows how high BLGO will go. I guess it will be at least double-digits when many contacts arrive in a few years. Just keep adding at dip and accumulating enough shares is key to make fortune. Traders are gone and they will be back when news releases.
