'We will halt trading, on the day, at the completion of the merger (done). After the 10K is filed (Tomorrow), we will halt trading, and come back out the next day(Thursday) under the new symbol, and at $15 a share' Are we gonna get 10k before the bell?.Guys any thought?.

The OTCBB daily listings was pretty clear about this. FHAL db as of 8/08, but CSHD db as of 8/09......Seems to me we go on the market as CSHD at some point tomorrow.
