If they are selling medical right now (Bedrocan) for $5 a gram there's no way that they can wholesale for $4 to a Pharmacy or dispensary if those two places are indeed going to be in the mix of sales outlets. $3 bucks I think would be tops in my opinion. Retail sales could be higher but I don't believe the retail price is going to exceed $10 bucks a gram which if priced to high is going to leave room for black market weed. I think the average price per gram right now in Colorado is $10 or a little under for recreational. At $10 bucks a gram maybe the wholesale would be higher maybe $7, not sure. I know the standard markup in the gift industry is 100%, meaning if an item costs $5 bucks from the supplier then it's marked up to $10 for retail. The book market is at an even higher discount for wholesale. Once you start getting into a chain of Grower to Wholesaler to Retailer you're talking even smaller returns for the Grower.
Using your estimate of 200 grams at your estimate of $4 per gram is still $32 million for two harvests of 20K plants each time. Unless I'm doing my math wrong I don't see how CGC is going to control 20% of a 10 billion dollar market once rec gets here without doing some major expansions and acquisitions. Maybe someone can enlighten me on that.

these estimates where you have 20,000 plants is complete BS to start with, maybe thats what they want to do in the future to increase plant density and overall performance - but - 20,000 plants in 350,000 sq ft would be 17.5 sq ft per plant not including any room for walking or corridors for moving things - if that was just pure cannabis, 20k plants - be 17.5 sq ft per plant = a little over 4 ft squared = each plant would be aligned in a grid formation set about 4 ft center to center from eachother

have you seen the pictures from DNA? I say there are 10,000 plants maximum

those plants are set more than 4 ft from eachother - I say they are already approaching 8 ft tall, this is not a maximum density grow, they can do a lot better, this is just a trial run
