Taking it to the next level...with SCRI being one of the top subsidiaries of HCA (International hospital network) I would think there may be a plan for HCA to incorporate Dr Spigels findings with PS Targeting/Peregrine/biomarkers.. Etc into massive clinical trials

SCRI implements CTRR

Interesting read related to above and trial disclosures and how PIs held back updates because they use the excuse of working on the manuscript or publication being reviewed/accepted (wonder if this is what happened with the breast cancer results...)

Still have lots of dots to mention but want to make sure I check all names first....but I think a network like this would want to immediately bring in PS Targeting trials

Sarah Cannon hospitals are American College of Surgeon’s Commission on Cancer Accredited and we have 35 breast centers accredited by the National Accreditation of Breast Center.

#273265 RE: biopharm #273249

biopharm, remember that CEO King told us that many where trilled with the Sunrise clinical trial and already volunteered for other (at the time upcomming) clinical trials with Bavituximab.

Due to the early Sunrise stop (of which it is clear PPHM knew EXACTLY what it was doing) those other clinical trials have been either cancelled, possible some still in re-schedule or redesign to include the findings of Sunrise (that will meant that if we see clinical trials with AstraZeneca they will include the complete biomarker thing which is one of the causes of the delays of these trials - PPHM will want that in because it shortens the track time-wise).

The new trials, we know already 3 that at NCCN alone, will ALSO have the biomarker thing (PPHM claimed that the bulk of their involvement is that biomarker support, the rest is mainly limited to bavituximab delivery).

So Dr. Spigel and many others must be the people that were so enthusiastic about the results they saw.

By the way, those reports of enthusiastic Doctors in the field and then the early stop of Sunrise was something that didn't add up to me. That was, amongst others, one of the reasons I starter posting in the direction of what is today confirmed, Sunrise may have halted but the study is not ended and the results may currently be in use as part of some kind of approval request.

I remember:
- No way the FDA will ever approve bavituximab because it is a placebo
- No way that the FDA will accept the PII results
- No way the FDA will accept a PIII for bavituximab
- No way that the FDA will accept the Sunrise results for any further filing let alone an approval request.

But in the end time has shown that "NO WAY" always meant that the FDA did accept. It will be no different now and the more that Coryphaeus like late Dr. Thorpe, Dr. Brekken, Dr. Wolchok, Dr. Birge, Dr Antonia, Dr. Gabrilovich and now also doctors at the other centres such as Dr. Spigels the more anti-PS will get introduced. PPHM owns all the IP.
