So the negative is that they get to dilute yet AGAIN on their "friends and family" plan. That plan includes lots of options with low exercise prices and long expiration dates. As I recall, that last financing, on a fully diluted basis, lowered my ownership percentage in the company by ~85%. If it sounds like I'm pissed, it's because I am.
