I believe that civil suits will start coming in and Baltia will file for BK...the SEC will not be part of bringing them down. IMHO, the best thing for Baltia investors was the passing of Igor, otherwise he would have kept this nonsense going for a few more years and spent fresh investor money. mmmm crabs!
BTW..Where is the SEC filing?????? Why isn't anyone calling the company to find out...why isn't that posted all over the hubs and hangouts?
