Pretty clear they added it to the gross revenue number and not just as a side note. If it didn't book for q1, it really should not be included in the revenue number. The only purpose for that is to mislead investors.

Maybe they just wanted to convince all you doubting Thomas's that they had started some construction projects and that they were bringing in revenue.
