The lawsuit between Ken and the old auditors has nothing to do with anything concerning the real estate Ed deeded from Greenpay to his trust in order to hide the assets from the requested receivership to enforce the judgement against MYEC/Greenpay/Ed.

Not to mention the arrest warrant against Ed for failing to appear at the hearing.

This is called a fraudulent transfer of assets to hide them from creditors and is illegal.
