I think it will work out as well and there is one key factor in our favor.

LLBO Founder and Cycadia Director Jim Holmes controls 181,666,669 common shares.

I believe that any buyout will be in excess of $0.053 pps since Mr. Holmes will want a long waited past due payday in excess of $10M. This is something to consider IMO.

With that said, I remain patient and long and have moved the majority of my position and any additional shares to be held in my Roth IRA. GLTA
