Well, you can't buy and sell through any exchange or SEC regulated trading market. So, that means you have to arrange your own private transaction and get the share registrar to do the work.

So, net net, for all practical purposes you can't unload ( or buy). Wallpaper if you have enough certificates. Thjey will be worth ZIP

Shareholders have been seriously had IMHO.

There are still 2 outstanding RICOH-civil-fraud related cases in federal court against Cytta (corporately) and Gary (personally) in Nebraska and Nevada and Cytta/Gary seem to be legally unrepresented in either case and have already had certain proceedings costs assessed against it in Nevada.

Cytta hasn't filed a 10K/10Q with SEC in 2 years and is voluntarily delisting instead of SEC forcing it (I think so that all the BS that has been going on doesn't need to be publicly reported/audited ). Now the truth can be bent post delisting.

I do know, as fact from correspondence from the SEC, that records relating to Cytta (from 2009 onward) have been compiled for law enforcement purposes but they many of them are still protected from disclosure at this time. What this will lead to I do not know.
