There's no promotion whatsoever, its just a phone call that I made and I ALWAYS update the board with my discussion, that's all it is and will ever be!
Normans goals verbatim~

That last RegA-2 (filed) ended up being a 'NO go' didn't pan out. This was the investor/partner that was going to help get the price up and such (see my previous conversation from a few months back)......Anyways, supposedly he came back on his own, just recently, and is in the process of lining up 'BIG PLAYERS', as Norman said, and that he knows a few of them. The big selling point (that the guy and others like) is that SWHI is still under contract with AT&T & Verizon with the chances they can add services in many other states (I thought he said 26?). Anyways he said that the big telephone companies like AT&T/Verizon must provide landline services. He said the SEC had a big ruling on them about 3-4 months ago, which makes a company like SWHI more attractive, which is why the investor/partner is back and lining up others. He plans on leaving for a 4-day business trip and has a meeting with that guy and I would assume the other big players??? He mentioned numerous times that everything will be 'on the table', to make a deal. He is doing everything in his power to make the deal!!! This new strategy seems to have a lot to do with SEC ruling and expansion into all states that AT&T/Verizon are under contract........last time, if you remember, this deal was the one he had been waiting for 10 years!!! Hopefully it comes into fruition and our patience will pay off.
Over the next 10 days he plans to go over the documents with the partner and then it would go to his attorneys where he would , as he said, go silent for the following 30 days. PR and update to share holders following.
He also mentioned that the A/S would not be 15 billion shares, instead we would be just under 3 billion. He said he recently retired 250,000,000 A/S.
If all goes well, then we can expect something after the attorney waiting period.............My guess would be at the earliest - 40 days out.......he and the VP are at the office working everyday with existing clients in hopes of betting back on track.
