breakout coming? Maybe... but which way up or down?
GOVX has been in business 15 years and never succeeded at producing any vaccines. In 2002 the pps was $22. The stock has been diluted over a 100 fold since then.
Serious pumping began in early August of this year when the $7.8M award by DHS was announced. However, that contract is staged, with the first payment being only $200K. There is no guarantee that GOVX will reach all the milestones required by the contract and may therefore not receive the full amount of the contract.
Insiders have been unloading as fast as buyers come forth, which is why the stock hasn't zoomed up, as it would otherwise have done.
