I agree with your assessment. Buyout seems likely if data is good. At this point I think any buyer will wait for results before making an offer, but data for all three ph II's will be out by mar'17. One positive thing is that management and reference shareholders seem well aware of the potential, so hopefully will not settle for a lowball offer. However, how much they will offer depends on how good is data.
