Still waiting to get the clarification from Elliot.

IF the Elliot total is 11.811%, GE will not have "the ability to compulsorily acquire remaining shares in the company."

Right now I see that as a BIG if. Sooner or later we'll get clarification. That's what the reporter for the SIX news service had indicated, too.

Apologies to all on what may have been at best, premature news. Initially it looked obvious. Glad that I kept the phrase "The dust hasn't settled on this." It's a weak disclaimer. Something didn't sit right with Andreas Johansson and that bothered me. I'm glad that I continued looking into it and recognized the different names in the text of the official news releases and posted it as soon as I knew.
