I understand it's 2 hours into the trading day but actual accumulation would be consistent/rising volume with a consistent rise in price.

I DO NOT SEE THAT HAPPENING WITH BLTA

4,302 X .0004 = $1.72 TOTAL TRADED SO FAR

Basically whoever bought/sold just paid more in FEES and COMMISSION for this trash stock instead of the actual shares
