I do not know, this month in my mind was the threat from the Fed about raising rates. They dangled that carrot all month upsetting the apple carts. Now its being whispered that they'll raise rates in December (tax sale season) and 2 times in 2017, possibly increasing rates to 2%. Talk about fear tactics
