Something is not right. How did they retire all these shares. It shows on the Q that 890,000,000 were issued for debt and were unrestricted.
Then it shows 500,000,000 issued restricted in June. That gets us to 2,230,000,000
They somehow retired shares to get it to this number you show. Then the have recently issued 130,000,000 shares. Those I bet are for Windstax purchase. The 92,000,000 it says as restricted now must be either wrong or Kit and other homeboy must of been able to sell some already if that # is right
